Made to order
Every It's 1 Louder piece is printed or embroidered when you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then your order ships.

Delivery times (after your order ships)
United States: 5 to 7 business days
Canada: 7 to 10 business days
International: 10 to 21 business days
These are estimates and can stretch during holidays or carrier delays.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and most other countries. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and what's in your cart. Orders over $60 USD ship free.

Orders with more than one item
Items can be made at different production facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You'll get tracking for each one.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped across borders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving, email contact@its1louder.com within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Address changes
Production starts fast, so contact us right away if you need to change your shipping address.
